Our Promise
Every Vynaa product is handcrafted, ethically made, and inspected for quality before dispatch. As our pieces are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that arrive in the expected condition.
Damages or Product Issues
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production issue, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

After receiving your request, our support team will evaluate and offer a fair resolution, which may include:

- All product issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Since our creations are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, or weave are natural and add to their uniqueness.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless found defective or damaged during transit.

Delayed Deliveries
All Vynaa pieces are made to order. Delays may occur due to weather, logistics challenges, or artisan schedules. We’ll keep you informed and support you throughout.
Lost Shipments
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll coordinate with the courier to verify the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll either send a replacement or issue store credit of equal value.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout. Vynaa cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Discretion
All refunds and returns are handled at the sole discretion of Vayanam Cottons Private Limited. Nevertheless, our goal is always to provide a fair, transparent, and compassionate resolution process.
