We proudly ship across India and to select international destinations. For international deliveries, any customs duties, import tariffs, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Each Vynaa product is handcrafted and made to order by our artisans. Production timelines may vary depending on the art form, materials, and artist schedules.

Estimated timelines are provided at checkout. Should any delay occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, logistics challenges, or artist backlogs, our team will notify you promptly and provide regular updates.

3. Domestic Orders (Within India)

Delivery Timeline:

Ready-made products are typically delivered within 7 business days, while made-to-order pieces may take up to 3–4 weeks, depending on complexity.

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India.

Logistics Support:

If your shipment is delayed or misplaced, our support team will work closely with our courier partners to ensure prompt resolution and assistance.

4. International Orders

We are honored to share India’s craftsmanship with customers worldwide.

Delivery Timeline:

Usually 10 days to 3 weeks post-dispatch (depending on customs clearance and destination).

Shipping Charges:

Customs & Duties:
